Shipping & Exchange policy

• Dispatch takes 5-7 business days for ready to ship standard orders 
• For made-to-order & custom pieces require 12-15 business days before dispatch 
• International shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on location.

Exchange policy or cancellation policy 

• We accept exchanges only for size issue or defective items 
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Request must be placed within 48 hours of delivery
• Custom made, personalized items can not be exchanged.

    Exchange process

 with your order details and reason for exchange.

• Once approved, ship the product back to us within 7 days 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective.

Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
